Waiver

By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to follow all of our safety protocols.

I understand that the activities that I will participate in are inherently dangerous and may cause serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and/or death. On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns and next of kin, I waive all claims for damages, injuries and death sustained to me or my property, that I may have against the aforementioned released party to such activity. By this Waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death or damage to personal property associated with LOWCOUNTRY YOGA, LLC, the individual yoga instructor(s) teaching the classes or CDM of Charleston LLC, Carolina Park Development LLC, Carolina Park Community Association, Carolina Park Riverside Association, GLI Management LLC and their subsidiaries, related and affiliated entities or any other owners of the premises in which LOWCOUNTRY YOGA, LLC offers classes. This includes but is not limited to yoga classes, other cardiovascular activities, weightlifting or use of its equipment in any manner or engaging in weightlifting activities or other related activities on and off the premises. Use of the facility and its equipment includes but is not limited to mean use of building entrances, restrooms or studio.

By this Waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, COVID-19 or other transmissible infection, death or damage to personal property associated with LOWCOUNTRY YOGA, LLC, and the aforementioned released parties including but not limited to receiving yoga training at the facility and its equipment in any manner, form or fashion, and practicing and/or engaging in yoga activities or other related activities on and off the premises.

I acknowledge LOWCOUNTRY YOGA, LLC and the aforementioned released parties have taken strict measures to prevent the spread of infections and disease, including COVID-19. I acknowledge that attending classes at or by LOWCOUNTRY YOGA, LLC could result in COVID-19 or other transmissible infections.

I acknowledge that LOWCOUNTRY YOGA, LLC may take photos and/or videos during classes for use for social media or marketing purposes. By signing this waiver, I agree to a blanket waiver which waives the right to compensation or royalties; waive the right to disapprove or approve the final content created; acknowledges other contracts will not be breached, by participating in current agreement; release any applicable business entity or school from liability and all claims. LOWCOUNTRY YOGA, LLC may produce, reproduce, edit, print, trade or share content (videos or moving photographs, illustrations, advertising, images, likeness, sound, and statements or comments) as desired.

I have read, understand and fully agree to the terms of this Agreement. I understand and confirm that by signing the Agreement I have given up considerable future legal rights. I have signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise or guarantee being communicated to me. My signature is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of the law. I am 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this waiver.
